Fly Another Day Terms of Use

1. Personal use of the game

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to play Fly Another Day on devices you own or control for personal, non-commercial entertainment, subject to these terms and any applicable store rules. The game and its characters, artwork, music, software, and other content are owned by or licensed to Best ROI Media LLC.

Do not resell or redistribute the game, extract and distribute its assets, interfere with its operation, or use it unlawfully. These restrictions do not limit activities that applicable law expressly permits or rights granted by third-party component licenses.

2. Content and development status

Fly Another Day is a fictional arcade adventure with exaggerated weapons, household hazards, and first-person boss combat. Its characters and events are imaginary. Review the platform’s age rating and content information before allowing a child to play. If you are below the age at which you can agree to these terms in your location, a parent or guardian must review and agree to them for you.

The game is coming soon. Preview artwork, planned features, platform plans, and release timing may change. Development builds can contain bugs, unfinished content, or compatibility issues; access to a preview does not guarantee a release date or future features.

3. Progress and saved data

Progress and preferences in the current version are stored locally. Deleting or resetting game data, changing devices, or installing an incompatible development update may lose progress. Keep any backups supported by your platform. We cannot guarantee recovery of lost saves. Our Privacy Policy explains data handling.

4. Prices, purchases, and store terms

Release pricing and any optional paid features will be disclosed through the official distribution platform before you buy. These terms do not promise a free release, subscriptions, in-app purchases, or an ad-removal product. If paid content is offered, the checkout will explain the price and what is included.

Payments and refund requests are handled through the platform where you purchased, subject to its rules and your applicable consumer rights. On Apple platforms, the Apple Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement applies where applicable. Nothing here reduces non-waivable rights you have under local law.

5. Updates and availability

We may fix, rebalance, add, change, or discontinue features and may require updates for compatibility or security. We do not promise continuous availability or support for every device. Any changes affecting paid content remain subject to applicable consumer law and the terms disclosed at purchase.

6. Warranties and responsibility

To the extent permitted by law, the game is provided “as is” and “as available,” without additional warranties. To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential loss, including lost progress. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limits mandatory consumer remedies.

7. Governing law and changes

These terms are governed by the laws of Texas, United States, except where the mandatory law of your place of residence provides otherwise. We may update these terms and will revise the date above. Material changes will be communicated where required. Your statutory rights remain unaffected.
