Go Commando Terms of Use

1. Your license

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use Go Commando on devices you own or control, for your own non-commercial entertainment, in line with these terms and the usage rules of the Apple App Store or Google Play. On Apple devices, Apple’s Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies; if it conflicts with these terms, these terms apply to the extent the store allows.

Please do not copy, resell, reverse engineer, or redistribute the app or its art, music, sounds, or text, or use cheats, exploits, or modified versions to post leaderboard scores, except where the law allows it. We may remove scores we believe were not earned fairly.

2. The game

Go Commando is a cartoon action game. Its soldiers, factions, places, and events are fictional. Your progress is stored on your device and, if you use it, in your own iCloud or Google Play Games cloud save. We cannot restore lost progress if the app is deleted, the device is lost or reset, or a cloud save is removed.

3. Coins, upgrades, and other in-game items

Coins, upgrades, heroes, uniforms, and other in-game items are part of a limited license to use features of the game. They have no cash value, cannot be exchanged for real money or anything outside the game, and cannot be transferred between players. Everything needed to finish the campaign can be earned by playing; purchases only make progress faster or add cosmetic items.

4. Purchases and ads

Go Commando is free to download. It shows occasional ads between missions and optional rewarded videos you can choose to watch. Optional purchases include one-time items (such as the Commander Pack, heroes, uniforms, and cosmetics), which you keep and can restore on another device signed in to the same store account from the app’s settings, and consumable coin crates, which are used up when spent and cannot be restored. The Commander Pack removes the ads between missions.

Prices are shown in the store before you buy and may vary by country. Purchases are processed by Apple or Google; their payment and refund terms apply, and refund requests go to them (Apple, Google Play). You can turn off in-app purchases with your device’s parental controls.

5. Content and credits

Go Commando, its characters, art, music, and sounds are owned by or licensed to Best ROI Media LLC. Some sound effects are licensed from third-party libraries, and fonts and other open-source components are used under their own licenses, listed in the app’s settings.

6. Updates and availability

We may update, rebalance, change, or stop offering features of Go Commando, including prices, rewards, and in-game item effects. Some updates may be required to keep playing. We will not take away one-time items you bought while we continue to offer the app, except where needed for legal, security, or technical reasons.

7. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

Go Commando is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind to the fullest extent permitted by law. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Best ROI Media LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for loss of data or progress, and our total liability for any claim related to the app is limited to the amount you paid for it in the twelve months before the claim. Some places do not allow these limits, so they may not apply to you, and nothing here limits rights you have under consumer protection law.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where the law of your country of residence requires otherwise.

9. Changes and contact

We may update these terms and will revise the date above. Continuing to use Go Commando after a change means you accept the updated terms.
