1. Game information on your device

The current version uses local game data for selected hero, campaign room, completed manors, story scenes already seen, audio, haptics, and camera preferences. This information supports play, preferences, and returning to the game. It is not sent to a Best ROI Media game server.

The current version does not require a Best ROI Media account, offer player messaging, or integrate advertising, cross-app tracking, or a third-party gameplay analytics service. It does not request access to your contacts, precise location, photos, camera, or microphone.

2. Device, store, and platform services

Your operating system or distribution platform may process downloads, device diagnostics, crash reports, or backups under its own settings and privacy policy. If you choose to share diagnostics with the platform, it may make reports available to the developer. A device backup may contain local game data. This is separate from a game-operated cloud-save service.

See Apple’s Privacy Policy and Google’s Privacy Policy when using their services. We do not receive your platform password or full payment-card information.

3. If you contact support

When you email support@bestroi.media, we receive your email address, message, and any attachments or device details you choose to include. We use this information to answer you, investigate the issue, and maintain necessary support records. Please avoid sending passwords or unnecessary sensitive information.

Email providers process messages to deliver and store support correspondence. We do not sell your personal information or share it for targeted advertising. We may disclose necessary records to meet legal obligations, protect rights or security, or to providers helping us handle your request.

4. Retention and deletion

Local game data remains until you reset it, remove the app’s data, or delete it through your device or platform. Uninstalling may leave backups or desktop save files behind; use the relevant platform’s controls to remove those separately. We cannot delete data held only on your device or restore a deleted local save.

We retain support correspondence only for as long as needed to resolve and document your request, handle related issues, and meet legal obligations. You may request deletion of support information by emailing us. Records required for legal or security purposes may be retained for those purposes.

5. Your privacy choices

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, or receive a copy of personal information we hold, object to certain processing, or complain to your local data-protection authority. Contact us to make a request. We may need to verify that the request concerns your information. We cannot access local saves that have never been sent to us.

Support information may be processed in the United States or where our service providers operate. We use reasonable safeguards for information entrusted to us; no method of storage or transmission is completely secure.

6. Children and families

We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. A parent or guardian who believes a child has sent us personal information can contact us to request its deletion. Parents should review the game’s content and the age rating shown by the platform when it is released.

7. Website visits and future releases

This policy covers the game. Visiting bestroi.media or submitting a website support form is covered by our website Privacy Policy. Advertising, purchases, online leaderboards, and cloud-save services are not described as active features of the current game. If a future release adds services that change data handling, we will update this policy and provide any required notice or choices before that processing starts.
