Paw Stack Privacy Policy

1. Your game on your device

The app stores your best scores for each mode (Tide, Calm, and Daily Tide), your chosen pet, the number of games you have played, whether today’s scored Daily Tide has been used and its score, your sound, music, and vibration settings, an unfinished game so you can resume it, ad timing counters, and a record of your Paw Stack Forever purchase locally on your device. We do not upload this data to our own servers, and the app does not offer a cloud-save account.

Paw Stack does not send notifications and does not use your location, contacts, photos, camera, or microphone.

Your device or operating system may include app data in a backup according to your settings. Deleting the app removes local progress; backups and store purchase records may remain separately.

2. Game Center and Google Play Games leaderboards

On iOS, Paw Stack can use Apple Game Center for two optional leaderboards: the all-time best Tide score and the Daily Tide score. If you are signed in to Game Center, the app submits your score when a scored Tide or Daily Tide game ends and can show the leaderboards with players’ Game Center nicknames. Calm mode scores are never submitted. Apple processes your Game Center account, nickname, and scores under its own terms and privacy policy; we do not receive your Apple ID or contact details and do not store leaderboard data ourselves.

Game Center is optional. If you are not signed in, or you sign out in Settings → Game Center, the game works the same without the leaderboards. See Apple’s Game Center privacy information.

On Android, Paw Stack uses Google Play Games Services for the same two leaderboards. If you are signed in to Google Play Games, the app submits your score when a scored Tide or Daily Tide game ends, and the trophy button on the Home screen shows the leaderboards with players’ Play Games gamer names and profile pictures. Google processes your Play Games profile, gamer name, and scores under its own terms and privacy policy; we do not receive your Google account email or contact details and do not store leaderboard data ourselves. Play Games is optional: if you are not signed in, the game works the same without the leaderboards, and you can manage or delete your Play Games profile and its visibility in the Google Play Games settings. 3. Advertising, consent, and tracking

The free version uses Google AdMob to show an occasional full-screen ad between games (at most one every three finished games, only after you tap “Play again” or “Home”, never during a game and never at the moment a game ends) and an optional rewarded video only when you choose the Pet Rescue to continue a game. Google and its advertising partners may process IP address and approximate location, device and app identifiers (including, if you allow it, the advertising identifier), device information, ad impressions and interactions, product interaction data, and crash or performance information. This is used to deliver and measure ads, limit repeat ads, prevent fraud, and keep the service working.

Where required (for example in the EEA, the UK, Switzerland, and some US states), Google’s User Messaging Platform first asks for your consent or offers opt-out choices before ads are requested. On iOS the app then explains, and Apple’s App Tracking Transparency prompt asks, whether Google may use your device’s advertising identifier for more relevant ads. If you decline or tracking is restricted, the game works exactly the same and ads are shown without that identifier. You can change your choice any time in your device’s Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking. On Android, you can reset or delete your advertising ID in your device’s Settings → Privacy → Ads (or Settings → Google → Ads, depending on the device).

Buying Paw Stack Forever turns off all ads and makes the Pet Rescue free once the store verifies the purchase, and the advertising SDK is no longer started when the app launches. It does not erase data already processed by advertising providers.

4. Purchases

Apple’s App Store processes iOS purchases, and Google Play Billing processes Android purchases. Paw Stack Forever is a one-time, non-consumable purchase, not a subscription. The app checks the store’s signed transaction to confirm ownership and to restore it. We do not receive your name, payment-card details, or store password.

5. Support and website visits

If you email us, we receive your email address, message, and anything you choose to attach. We use this only to respond and fix problems. Please do not send passwords or payment details.

6. How information is used and shared

We do not collect, sell, or share your game data. Apple and Google process Game Center and Play Games information as described in section 2, and advertising providers process the information described in section 3, under their own policies. Advertising-related disclosures can count as a “sale,” “sharing,” or targeted advertising under some privacy laws even without payment; use the consent and tracking choices above or contact us to exercise applicable rights.

7. Retention and security

Local game data remains until you delete the app. We keep support emails only as long as needed to resolve your request and meet legal obligations. Apple, advertising, and store providers have their own retention practices and may process information outside your country.

8. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or obtain a copy of personal information, object to processing, withdraw consent, and opt out of certain advertising disclosures. Contact support@bestroi.media with “Paw Stack privacy request” in the subject. Because we do not hold your game data, we cannot retrieve or restore it. Contact Apple, Google, or the relevant app store for information they independently control.

9. Children

Paw Stack is a general-audience game and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided personal information to us, contact us so we can take appropriate steps.

10. Changes and contact

We update this policy when our practices change and revise the date above.
