Sudoku Paws Privacy Policy

1. Your game on your device

The app stores your Paws Trail progress, current puzzle, Daily Sudoku results and calendar, streaks and Cozy Blankets, sticker album, treats and hints, statistics, pet and event progress, sound, Pet Pals and reminder preferences, ad timing counters, and a record of your Sudoku Paws Forever purchase locally on your device. We do not upload this data to our own servers, and the app does not offer a cloud-save account.

If you turn on the optional reminder, it is scheduled as a local notification on your device. No push-notification token or reminder information is sent to us.

Your device or operating system may include app data in a backup according to your settings. Deleting the app removes local progress; backups and store purchase records may remain separately.

2. Game Center leaderboard

On iOS, Sudoku Paws can use Apple Game Center for the optional “Today’s Fastest” daily leaderboard. If you are signed in to Game Center, the app submits your Daily Sudoku completion time and shows the leaderboard with players’ Game Center nicknames. Apple processes your Game Center account, nickname, and scores under its own terms and privacy policy; we do not receive your Apple ID or contact details and do not store leaderboard data ourselves.

Game Center is optional. If you are not signed in, or you sign out in Settings → Game Center, the game works the same without the leaderboard. See Apple’s Game Center privacy information.

3. Advertising, consent, and tracking

The free version uses Google AdMob to show an occasional full-screen ad between puzzles, never during a puzzle, and an optional rewarded video only when you are out of hints and choose to watch one for an extra hint. Google and its advertising partners may process IP address and approximate location, device and app identifiers (including, if you allow it, the advertising identifier), device information, ad impressions and interactions, product interaction data, and crash or performance information. This is used to deliver and measure ads, limit repeat ads, prevent fraud, and keep the service working.

Where required (for example in the EEA, the UK, Switzerland, and some US states), Google’s User Messaging Platform first asks for your consent or offers opt-out choices before ads are requested. On iOS the app then explains, and Apple’s App Tracking Transparency prompt asks, whether Google may use your device’s advertising identifier for more relevant ads. If you decline or tracking is restricted, the game works exactly the same and ads are shown without that identifier. You can change your choice any time in your device’s Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking.

Buying Sudoku Paws Forever turns off all ads once the store verifies the purchase. It does not erase data already processed by advertising providers.

4. Purchases

Apple’s App Store processes iOS purchases; Google Play will process purchases in the Android edition when available. Sudoku Paws Forever is a one-time, non-consumable purchase, not a subscription. The app checks the store’s signed transaction to confirm ownership and to restore it. We do not receive your name, payment-card details, or store password.

5. Support and website visits

If you email us, we receive your email address, message, and anything you choose to attach. We use this only to respond and fix problems. Please do not send passwords or payment details.

6. How information is used and shared

We do not collect, sell, or share your game data. Apple processes Game Center information as described in section 2, and advertising providers process the information described in section 3, under their own policies. Advertising-related disclosures can count as a “sale,” “sharing,” or targeted advertising under some privacy laws even without payment; use the consent and tracking choices above or contact us to exercise applicable rights.

7. Retention and security

Local game data remains until you delete the app. We keep support emails only as long as needed to resolve your request and meet legal obligations. Apple, advertising, and store providers have their own retention practices and may process information outside your country.

8. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or obtain a copy of personal information, object to processing, withdraw consent, and opt out of certain advertising disclosures. Contact support@bestroi.media with “Sudoku Paws privacy request” in the subject. Because we do not hold your game data, we cannot retrieve or restore it. Contact Apple, Google, or the relevant app store for information they independently control.

9. Children

Sudoku Paws is a general-audience game. It includes a gentle 6×6 “Cub” mode that younger players can enjoy with a grown-up, but the app is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided personal information to us, contact us so we can take appropriate steps.

10. Changes and contact

We update this policy when our practices change and revise the date above.
